International Arbitration Associate ( 3 years PQE )

We are working with a leading law firm in London that is looking to add a 3 PQE associate to its highly regarded International Arbitration practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist team with a genuinely international caseload, acting on complex, high-value disputes for major corporates, investors and sovereign entities across multiple jurisdictions.

The practice handles a broad mix of international commercial and investor-state arbitration, with particular strength across the energy/infrastructure/technology sectors. The team regularly acts on disputes under the major institutional rules, alongside related cross-border litigation.

The successful associate will work closely with a small group of highly regarded partners and benefit from significant responsibility and exposure from an early stage. Given the size and structure of the team, this is an opportunity to play a meaningful role on matters rather than sitting within a large associate pool.

The firm is looking for someone around 3 PQE with strong international arbitration experience gained at a leading City, international or US firm. Experience within energy or infrastructure disputes would be particularly relevant, although candidates with broader high-quality arbitration experience will also be considered.

This would suit an associate looking for sophisticated international work, strong partner access and the opportunity to develop within a focused arbitration practice at a leading US firm.
