Taylor Root Dusseldorf is seeking a qualified associate for its internationally-focused International Arbitration team in the UK. The role involves advising on cross-border disputes and handling arbitration proceedings under ICC, LCIA, and ICSID.

You will work closely with market-leading partners, supporting enforcement and jurisdictional issues, with exposure to high-value matters and opportunities for fast-paced career progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified in England & Wales with 2-3 years' PQE.
• Strong experience in international arbitration and high-value disputes.
• Knowledge of ICC and LCIA rules.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, partner-led team.
• Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Advise across sectors such as energy, financial services, and construction.
• Manage arbitration proceedings under major institutional rules (ICC, LCIA, ICSID).
