Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking a dedicated Arabic-speaking Travel & Lifestyle Manager to support premium customers in the United Kingdom during overnight hours. You will handle end-to-end travel arrangements, from restaurant and club reservations to yacht charters and visa support, delivering luxury, personalized service.

Ideal candidates have strong Arabic and English skills (C2), a tourism-related qualification, and several years in luxury hospitality or travel concierge.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Tertiary qualification in tourism or equivalent training.
• Several years in travel, tour operator, agency, or luxury concierge/hospitality.
• GDS knowledge (Amadeus) and strong destination knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for premium customers during overnight hours.
• Advise clients in Arabic and English via phone and email.
• Handle end-to-end requests: travel, reservations, events, spa, transport, visas and documentation.
• Prepare tailor-made offers and itineraries; manage visa applications and related admin.
• Inform clients about exclusive promotions and events and curate opportunities.
