A well-established international bank is looking for an Arabic-speaking Client Services Associate to support its front-office team in London. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in private banking, financial services customer support to play a hands-on role in supporting client relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You’ll be working closely with senior team members, assisting with account administration, onboarding, and client interactions. This role requires a proactive, organised individual with strong attention to detail and a professional, client-focused approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with client onboarding, KYC reviews, and account opening
  • Supporting the relationship team with diary management and credit file preparation
  • Handling client requests during in-person visits and via phone/email
  • Liaising with internal departments to follow up on transactions and card services
  • Managing accurate records of client accounts and documentation

About you:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in private banking, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably within banking.
  • Strong understanding of account opening and KYC/AML processes
  • Highly organised, client-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office and general banking systems
