Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Executive for a 1-year contract in Singapore. The role focuses on day-to-day finance operations, with emphasis on accounts receivable, billing and fixed asset management.

You will ensure timely processing of transactions, maintain accurate records and adhere to established procedures. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in finance, strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accountancy or finance.
• 2–4 years in finance or accounting operations.
• Hands-on AR, billing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Experience in fixed asset accounting or audits advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process AR and billing to ensure timely processing.
• Prepare AR ageing reports and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain invoice records and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Calculate late payment interest and facilitate invoicing.
• Reconcile planned course payments vs revenue collected and assist with regulatory payment returns.
• Reconcile fixed asset listings and assist depreciation reconciliations.
• Support annual fixed asset audits and coordinate stocktake exercises.
