Qualifications

• Understanding in cash flow management (OTC cycle).
• Knowledge of automation/robotics.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate reporting to relevant audience.
• Ensure automation of customer claims indexing and archiving.
• Identify root causes of issues with stakeholders.
• Conduct investigations of disputed claims.
• Ensure timely processing of claims and invoices.
• Comply with SOX requirements for Accounts Receivable.
• Create capacity and drive efficiency by simplifying processes.
