Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a Managed Service Lead (Apps) to oversee delivery on onsite projects in Farnborough. The role requires leading account teams, planning demand forecasts, and ensuring successful service delivery while aligning with client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong project and leadership experience, and a background in technology services. Onsite work at Farnborough is expected five days a week.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong experience in support services, project, or program experience.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience working within the technology industry.
Experience working with company products and operating systems.

Responsibilities

Manage functional areas or department account leads on small to medium sized accounts.
Develops demand forecasts with account teams on small to medium sized projects to assist planning and delivering end-to-end services.
Interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts with functional areas or departments.
Manage and approve expenditures for accounts in line with policies and procedures.
Ensure delivery of projects meets client and company expectations and needs.
