Role Description

This is a Franchise opportunity to work and undertake a role within the organisation, based in Reading, Berkshire. Both PDI's and ADI's may apply.

The instructor will conduct driving lessons, including theory advice, if needed, during the structured lesson. Daily tasks include coaching students to a high standard of driving competence as well as road safety, in preparation for the practical driving test.

The role includes assessing students' driving abilities, creating lesson plans tailored to individual needs, providing feedback and guidance, ensuring road safety standards are understood and upheld, and recording accurate records of their progress.

Full support and additional training/advice will be given to any ADI / PDI applications if required or requested.

You will be working remotely within your chosen geographical area, but Carla's Driving School covers the Reading, Wokingham area mainly.and therefore, will help supply students to the applicant, from that area.

Qualifications
