Role objective:
As the Apprenticeships & Emerging Talent Advisor, you will play a vital support role in delivering apprenticeship and early careers initiatives across the business. Working closely with the Lead, you will help coordinate programmes, engage with providers and stakeholders, and ensure smooth administration and communication around development opportunities. The role will be based at the Head Office but will involve work and travel throughout the country with some occasional overnight stays and potential evening work.
Due to working with young people, a criminal record check through DBS may be required.
