We are seeking an outstanding Apprenticeship Tutor/Assessor to join our team and support learners' success and company growth. You will plan and deliver training across the full Apprenticeship standard, participate in programme planning, and assess competence on-site if required. You will manage your caseload, monitor progress, and deliver at least half a day per week on the level 3 apprenticeship standard, providing support to other tutors as needed.

Person Specification:
  • Ability to observe and support learners in the workplace to achieve qualifications
  • Qualified Electrician with 18th Edition and AM2
  • Relevant occupational competence through qualifications and/or experience
  • GCSE A*-C or equivalent in maths and English
  • Assessment and verification qualifications are desirable
  • Hold vocational assessors award – TAQA
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment, induction, and assessment of learners
