BCoT’s apprenticeship team, Aspiral Learning, is one of the largest providers of apprenticeships in the region, working with both large and small employers across all industry sectors.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with excellent communication skills to join us as a Training Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular progress reviews with apprentices and their employers, aligned with college and program objectives.
• Support apprentices and employers through the application process to successful apprenticeship completion.
• Manage a caseload of apprentices, ensuring compliance with funding regulations.
• Assist apprentices in maintaining attendance and completing learning programs.
• Provide pastoral support and solve problems creatively.

Candidate Requirements

• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards.
• Attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of funding regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
