Your Role

The Operational Care Specialist Apprentice will ensure efficient operations within the Operational Care Centre, focusing on client care and service. The role involves overseeing the import process, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and optimizing logistics efficiency. Your Responsibilities

This 24-month apprenticeship combines practical on-the-job training with a Business Administration Level 3 qualification. You will learn to:

• Align with Customer Care Teams to meet client requirements
• Coordinate the import process from shipment to delivery
• Maintain accurate import documentation
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
• Address issues like delays or damages
• Provide excellent customer service and communication

Your Skills and Experiences

• Minimum GCSEs at grades 3–9 / A*-D in Maths & English
• Passion for customer service, strong work ethic, effective communication
• Good planning and organizational skills; ability to multitask
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is beneficial
• Residency in the EEA for the last 3 years required for sponsorship and funding
• This is an entry-level position; experienced candidates are encouraged to apply for other roles.

Key Information:

• Fixed-term 2-year contract
• Working hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with 1-hour lunch
• Workplace: Onsite initially, with potential for 2 days remote work after training
