APPRENTICESHIP - Road Logistics Sales Team (Starting October 2025)

Our apprenticeship offers a mix of practical training and study towards Sales Level 4. You will work with a successful sales team, learning to deliver excellent customer service and develop sales skills, possibly managing your own customer accounts. Successful apprentices may secure full-time positions and bonuses. Over two years, you will learn to process bookings, support sales managers, liaise with clients, handle issues, process invoices, participate in meetings, make sales calls, attend offsite meetings, and analyze sales performance.

Your Skills and Experiences

Minimum five GCSEs at grades 3–9 / A*-D including Maths & English. We value passion for customer service, a strong work ethic, effective communication, good planning, organization, multitasking, and self-motivation. Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is beneficial. Applicants must have been resident in the EEA for the last 3 years, and pass security checks. Key Information:

• Apprenticeship Contract: 2 years fixed term
• Working hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:15pm
• Location: On-site in Poole
