Your Role
Our Road Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel provides hundreds of customers with services to move their goods across Europe. The sales team works directly to source, engage, and maintain our customer base, ensuring that shipments are booked efficiently and delivered on time. We work with a diverse customer base – you could find yourself shipping Canoes to Croatia or Shoes to Slovakia. Every day is different! Our 24-month Apprenticeship programme is designed to provide you with the perfect blend of practical on-the-job training and study towards the Business Admin SVQ (with sales modules). You will work within a successful Sales team while learning everything you need to know to be a top sales performer, supported by your peers, managers, and the apprenticeship team within Kuehne+Nagel.
In the first part of your apprenticeship, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service, and in the second part, you will build on this foundation to develop specialist Sales skills – you may even be given your own Customer Service or Sales Account to manage! Successful apprentices may secure a full-time sales position, along with bonuses and pay rises connected to the apprenticeship program.

Recruitment Process:
