We are growing—and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Apprenticeship Recruitment Manager to lead our successful Apprenticeship & Trainee Dental Nurse Recruitment Team.

Location: Remote (with optional London-based working)

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will lead and support a high-performing team of Apprenticeship Recruitment Consultants, while also managing your own portfolio of vacancies. This role is hands-on and strategic—you'll be instrumental in driving success and ensuring learners are matched with the right opportunities and employers.

Key Responsibilities

• Set, monitor, and drive performance targets for the apprenticeship recruitment team
• Mentor and support team members to achieve KPIs and professional growth
• Manage your own caseload of apprenticeship vacancies using a 360° recruitment approach
• Engage with clients to take detailed vacancy briefs, explain our programmes, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and complete eligibility checks
• Provide candidates with full course and job information to maximise retention and minimise dropouts
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet apprenticeship start targets and contribute to overall business success

What We’re Looking For

• GCSE Grade A–C (or equivalent)
• Proven experience leading and managing an apprenticeship recruitment team
• A strong background in recruitment and/or sales
• Confident leader with the ability to inspire and develop a successful team
• Experience working within funded training programmes and understanding of funding compliance
• Familiarity with Ofsted requirements and inspection frameworks
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on results and high performance
