Juniper Training seeks an Apprenticeship Recruitment Consultant to support young individuals in their career journeys. This home-based role involves engaging with schools and employers, sourcing candidates for apprenticeship opportunities, and driving recruitment goals. Location: Home based withinEast Mids/South Yorkshire/North West -Black Country candidates would be based in our Head Office in Wolverhampton
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus
Hours: Full-time

As anApprenticeship Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential apprentices — reaching out, engaging, and guiding them into life-changing opportunities. You’ll take ownership of sourcing and onboarding learners across your allocated region and will be instrumental in helping us hit ambitious recruitment goals.
