The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Recruitment & Admissions Team Leader to help achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.
The Role:
This is a new role following the implementation of a digital, centralized approach to Apprenticeship enrolment. You will support colleagues with new systems, ensure quality throughout recruitment and admissions, track enrolments, and report progress to senior management. You will manage three Apprenticeship Recruitment and Admissions colleagues, overseeing workloads, performance, CPD, and appraisals. Collaboration with the Apprenticeship Compliance team and delivery colleagues is essential to maintain an efficient process.

The role offers a salary of £30,186 - £32,379, based in Stretford, with potential coverage at other sites. Trafford & Stockport College Group recently merged with Cheadle and Marple 6th Form College, expanding opportunities across multiple campuses.
