Job summary

Warwick College Group is seeking an Apprenticeship Coordinator to deliver high-quality support to apprentices and employers throughout the apprenticeship journey. You will manage a caseload of 40:1 to 75:1 apprentices, acting as a main contact for learners and employers to promote engagement and successful programme completion.

The role covers progress quality, recruitment, onboarding, compliance with funding rules, and continual quality improvement within Ofsted expectations.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification (or above) in a relevant subject area (e.g. education, business, or vocational field).
• GCSE Grade A-C in English and Maths or equivalent; willing to achieve within 9 months.
• Good understanding of apprenticeship standards and delivery models.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of Ofsted expectations and quality frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety in the apprenticeship delivery.
• Vocational experience in a related industry and dealing with customers in a professional capacity.
• Willingness to undertake professional development to address specific vocational skill requirements.
• A UK driving licence free of major endorsements

Education

Job description

To deliver high-quality support, coordination and guidance to apprentices and employers throughout the apprenticeship journey, ensuring a positive customer experience, timely learner progress, and full compliance with the apprenticeship funding rules and Ofsted expectations. The post holder will be expected to manage a caseload of, minimum of 40:1 up to a maximum of 75:1 apprentices and act as a key point of contact for both apprentices and employers, providing effective support to promote engagement, progression, and successful programme completion.
