Job summary

JLL is seeking an Apprentice Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end management of its UK Work Place Management apprenticeship programmes. The role ensures a structured, high-quality development experience for apprentices while supporting client service delivery.

The role requires regular national travel, hybrid working across UK sites, and proactive governance of programme performance, compliance, and provider relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or coordinating apprenticeship or early careers programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management across operations, HR, and training providers.
• Experience coordinating work of others in a matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of UK apprenticeship standards, frameworks, and funding rules.
• Ability to travel nationally and work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Own design, delivery and governance of apprenticeship programmes.
• Lead onboarding, inductions and mentor matching for apprentices.
• Coordinate rotations and development plans across sites.
• Monitor progress, compliance, and provider performance.
• Communicate with apprentices, line managers, and senior leadership.
