About the role:

We are seeking a paralegal to join our Legal and Compliance team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, helping not only in the administration and organisation of the team, but also to tackle projects and initiatives as they arise.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an immaculate legal filing system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support the legal documents execution workflow.
• Assist with board meetings by preparing agendas, and producing minutes. Conduct research, gather information from various sources, and keep internal information repositories up to date.
• Help to triage incoming requests to the team.
• Assist in billing and invoicing processes.
• Assist other team members in the execution of project work.
• Help with office tasks such as organizing schedules, setting up meetings, and maintaining calendars.

Apprenticeship Training

As a Paralegal Apprentice with BPP, you will complete the Paralegal Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship. Additional learning within the apprenticeship will enable you to be awarded a Level 4 Certificate of Higher Education in Legal Services which can afford you exemptions from the first two years of the Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship.

Your apprenticeship shall be delivered by online training from BPP and on-the-job learning.
