A leading educational institution in the UK is seeking an Apprenticeship Outcomes Officer to assist in monitoring apprentices' progress and support their journey. This full-time role requires strong organisational skills and digital proficiency, particularly with MS Office. You will be responsible for planning and reviewing activities with a caseload of apprentices, making a significant impact on their education and success. Apprenticeship Outcomes Officer
Full time (35 hrs/wk), fixed term for up to 9 months (maternity cover).
Split place of work between Horizons (Reading, Berkshire) and Home with up to 30 days per year spent at our Horizons office.
Salary £30,942 pa plus benefits.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy and fast-paced Apprenticeships Team. As an Apprenticeship Outcomes Officer, you will play a key part in the apprentice’s journey, assisting with progress reviews and setting targets to ensure they achieve their full potential. You will have the opportunity to support both students and employers, maintaining accurate records of the apprentice’s progress and ensuring that the requirements of apprenticeship funding are met.
