We are looking for a Apprenticeship Funding Reconciliation Manager to join our team.

Role summary

The Apprenticeship Funding Reconciliation Manager plays a crucial role in managing and reconciling funding for apprenticeship programmes. As a key member of the Quality & Compliance Team, this role supports our vision of empowering individuals, business partners, and stakeholders by delivering excellence in data, funding and compliance. The role will provide unparalleled support and insights, ensuring that funding processes are transparent, accurate, and aligned with organisational goals.

As the Apprenticeship Funding Reconciliation Manager, you will:

  • Regularly review and analyse funding reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with funding rules and regulations.

  • Perform monthly reconciliations of funding received against expected amounts to ensure all funds are accounted for correctly.

  • Prepare detailed reports on funding status, discrepancies, and financial performance for senior management and stakeholders.

  • Ensure that all funding claims and records comply with government regulations and funding body requirements.

  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to funding, working closely with finance and operational teams.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including funding bodies and auditors, to ensure effective communication and management of funding processes.
