Job description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprenticeship Facilitator to coordinate and monitor the progress of apprentices.

The successful candidate will provide advice, support, and mentorship for apprentices, liaising with employers and colleagues to ensure apprentices' progress and completion, in line with College policies. They will build strong, positive relationships within a supportive team environment.

They should possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, be adaptable to sector changes, and have strong IT skills. The role involves planning work schedules, prioritizing tasks, and working collaboratively with a team.

Job Overview

  • Coordinate and monitor apprentice progress, review their development regularly, and ensure timely completion.
  • Advise employers on the benefits of apprenticeships, liaise about progress, and address concerns following Skills Funding Agency requirements.
  • All staff are responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade A-C or Level 2 equivalent
  • Higher-level qualifications and relevant awards (e.g., Assessor and Verifier, Health & Safety Level 3, Learning Mentor)

Experience
