Your impact:
As Apprenticeship Development & Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in growing Get Set UK's apprenticeship provision. You'll oversee a team of apprenticeship account managers, drive new business development, and build strong employer partnerships across priority sectors, including construction, people services, and logistics. This is a role where you will shape apprenticeships that directly change lives, enabling individuals to secure sustainable careers and supporting employers to develop future talent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of apprenticeship sales and account managers to achieve business growth targets.
2. Business Development: Identify and secure new employer partnerships aligned with our apprenticeship growth strategy.
3. Partnership Building: Cultivate strong relationships with employers, industry stakeholders, and internal teams to drive apprenticeship starts.
4. Operational Oversight: Work closely with the Apprenticeship Delivery Manager and Education & Training leaders to implement new apprenticeship standards and mobilise new programmes.
5. Performance Management: Monitor, coach, and develop your team to deliver against ambitious targets, ensuring compliance and high-quality delivery.
6. Quality & Compliance: Work collaboratively with the Quality and Compliance team to uphold apprenticeship regulations, safeguarding, and best practice.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven Sales Leadership: You have a minimum of 2 years' experience leading sales, business development, or account management teams, ideally within apprenticeships or work-based learning.
2. Apprenticeship Knowledge: Strong understanding of apprenticeship funding, compliance, and quality requirements.
3. Relationship Builder: Ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with employers and stakeholders.
4. Target-Driven: Experience of delivering against stretching performance targets and KPIs.
5. Organised & Analytical: Confident managing CRM systems and reporting on performance to drive business decisions.
6. Qualification: Level 5 (or higher) business-related qualification.
7. Enhanced DBS: Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
