Apprenticeship Curriculum Coordinator

Are you currently in further education or working for a training provider?

Do you want to transition from the classroom into a coordination role where you play a key part in apprenticeship delivery?

As an Engineering Curriculum Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and refining our portfolio of engineering apprenticeships to ensure they are current, comprehensive, and aligned with the latest industry standards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to update, enhance, and streamline these programs in accordance with the Skills for England and relevant standards and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in FE or working for a private training provider, with a strong understanding of engineering apprenticeship programs.

This role is ideal for teachers, lecturers, assessors, or trainers from FE or private training companies who want to move into a position where they can significantly impact apprentices' education.

The role includes:
* Managing the daily timetable and resource allocation for the center
* Working closely with instructors to evaluate current teaching methods
* Coordinating with examination bodies to understand standards and ensure curriculum compliance
* Redesigning course delivery methods, including classroom and digital (eLearning) courses
* Supporting the rollout of new programs

The person:
* Comes from an education background
* Has experience in engineering teaching
* Is familiar with how apprenticeships are run
