This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement with little to no travel required to our Coventry head office.
Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit, so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

Our team of Apprenticeship Coaches enables flexible access to learning, providing value by equipping graduates with employability skills supported by industry-recognised qualifications and accreditations. All programmes are accredited by leading industry bodies and include multiple qualifications upon completion.
The Coach will guide and support apprentices throughout their programme, focusing on empowering learners to develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours for success. Responsibilities include managing candidates' progress from start to EPA, providing detailed feedback, setting actions, and offering regular guidance.
You should be skilled in guiding and supporting apprentices, capable of taking learners from their starting point through to successful EPA completion. A deep understanding of leadership principles, coaching methodologies, and industry-specific knowledge is essential, along with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. You should also understand apprenticeship compliance and be attentive to administrative details.
