A leading training provider is seeking an Apprenticeship Skills Coach in Financial Services. This fully remote role involves supporting apprentices through their learning journey, delivering assessments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards while enjoying flexible working hours and various perks.

Qualifications

  • Experience assessing apprenticeship learners up to Level 4 within Financial Services.
  • Understanding of End Point Assessment requirements.
  • Confident using online platforms including e-Portfolios and Microsoft Teams.

Apprenticeship Skills Coach - Financial Services

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Location: Fully Remote (Flexible Working)

Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

Pertemps Work-Based Learning is proud to be partnering with a reputable and growing training provider that delivers high-quality apprenticeship programmes in Financial Services. Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking a dedicated Apprenticeship Skills Coach to join their remote delivery team.

In this role, you will work closely with learners and tutors, guiding and supporting apprentices through to successful End Point Assessment. All learner engagement is conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams, providing you with full flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, supportive relationships with learners, encouraging progression and success through to EPA
  • Work collaboratively with tutors to deliver a high-quality learning experience
  • Set, assess and provide constructive feedback on learner work, ensuring standards align with qualification requirements
  • Proactively monitor learner progress and manage your own diary to maintain regular contact
  • Continually review and improve your delivery and assessment practice in line with quality standards and internal policies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of awarding body and EPA criteria and ensure compliance with assessment best practices

Requirements:

  • Recognised Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience assessing apprenticeship learners up to Level 4 within Financial Services
  • Strong understanding of End Point Assessment requirements
  • Confident using online platforms including e-Portfolios and Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
