Welcome Team Admin Assistant / Apprenticeship Admin Role

Based in Uxbridge, this role involves supporting the Welcome Team with administrative tasks related to onboarding and other responsibilities.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the first point of contact for the Welcome Team, managing queries via phone, email, or online.
  2. Handle administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and monthly reporting.
  3. Assist the Welcome Team with sales quotes and supporting future sales efforts.
  4. Manage and distribute inquiries from shared inboxes efficiently.
  5. Gather and evaluate information to respond to product and service inquiries.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, codes of practice, and internal standards, including information security and quality policies.
Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills: At least 1 year of experience in a team assistant or administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Personal Qualities: Energetic, personable, excellent communication skills, target-driven, detail-oriented, resilient, comfortable on the phone, ambitious, tenacious, and competitive.
