Welcome Team Admin Assistant / Apprenticeship Admin Role

Based in Uxbridge.

On behalf of our esteemed client, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Welcome Team Admin Assistant. Dive into a rewarding opportunity, where your primary focus will be supporting the Welcome Team with top-notch administrative expertise in the onboarding process.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Be the first line of communication for the Welcome Team, addressing new employee telephone, email, or online queries.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and monthly reporting diligently.
  • Go the "extra mile" in assisting the Welcome Team with sales quotes and paving the way for future sales.
  • Manage and distribute enquiries from shared inboxes efficiently.
  • Gather and assess relevant information to handle product and service enquiries.
  • Maintain compliance with pertinent legislation, codes of practice, and internal standards, including the Information and Security and Quality Policies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience & Skills : Minimum of 1-year experience in a team assistant or administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Personal Qualities : High energy with a magnetic personality.Stellar phone etiquette and clear communication.Money-driven with an enthusiasm for hitting targets.Detail-oriented, with the ability to adhere to procedures.Resilient, especially in the face of objections.Enjoys being on the phone and comfortable with the repetitive nature of sales.Ambitious, tenacious, and competitive.
