Apprentices – Painters and Decorators

We are currently looking for apprentices to join our team!

Specification:

Skills, knowledge, and experience:

• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good knowledge of English and communication skills
• Good understanding of maths
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
• Flexibility in work activities, locations, and hours
• Ability to work outdoors and at heights

Description:

• Perform a range of activities related to painting and decorating as set by the company and training provider
• Communicate with customers to ensure service expectations are met
• Keep work areas clean and tidy
• Maintain and store materials and equipment properly
• Attend college on a day-release basis and undertake additional training as needed
• Participate in the apprentice review process
• Follow health and safety policies, including wearing PPE when required
• Use tools and equipment safely according to COSHH regulations
• Build and maintain good relationships with colleagues, customers, and managers
