Apprentices – Painters and Decorators

We are currently looking for apprentices to join our team!

Specification:

Skills, knowledge, and experience:

• Can understand and follow instructions
• Can work as part of a team
• Good knowledge of English and communication skills
• Good understanding of maths
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
• Can be flexible in work activities, locations, and hours of work
• Ability to work in external environments and work at height

Description:

• Carrying out a range of activities in their trade subject as set out by the Company and their training provider
• Liaising with customers to ensure that services delivered have met expectations
• Ensuring work areas have been left clean and tidy
• Cleaning, maintenance, and storage of materials and equipment
• Attend College on a day release basis, and undertake any additional training as requested
• Take part in the apprentice review process
• Follow Health & Safety policy and procedures, including the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) where needed.
• Use all tools, equipment, and materials safely in accordance with COSHH regulations
• Build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, customers, and managers
