Job summary

Menzies Distribution Solutions is hiring an Apprentice Warehouse Operative in Corby. The role covers accurate picking, packing and dispatch of depot goods, with safety as a priority and a focus on efficient warehouse operations.

You will train on the Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 while working full-time, earning £18,000 per annum. Hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with a September 2026 start date at the Max Park Depot.

Responsibilities

• Co-operate with site safety requirements.
• Receive deliveries and check stock, record receipt, pass paperwork.
• Pick and pack orders to targets, dispatch with paperwork.
• Load trailers and put away goods into the racking.
• Manual handling of products.
• Maintain housekeeping and stock integrity.
• Keep forecourt and aisles clean and safe.
