Gemini Accident Repair Group is offering an exciting and unique opportunity for apprenticeship candidates to start their career within their highly successful and growing organisation as a Vehicle Damage Assessor Apprentice.

The Gemini Apprenticeship Programme provides you with an exciting and challenging opportunity to achieve formal qualifications through extensive product training, all while in full-time employment.

A Vehicle Damage Assessor will construct comprehensive repair plans to ensure damaged vehicles are repaired safely and structurally sound.

This role involves developing a range of skills, including:

  • MET
  • Panel work
  • Painting
  • Administrative processes
  • Customer service skills

The person in this role will need to engage with customers through various methods, including face-to-face interactions, email, telephone, and structured communication platforms.

The skills developed will enable the planning of repair processes for workshop technicians to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. The post holder will also be required to complete any other tasks deemed appropriate by the line manager, in line with the role.
