Survitec Group Limited in Dunmurry is inviting applications for an Apprentice Trainer Auditor to join the Training team. You will learn from Master Trainers while developing the knowledge and confidence to deliver engaging technical training and assess competence.

This apprenticeship covers servicing procedures, safety standards, and international regulations across Survitec's global service network. The role offers full-time, permanent employment with hybrid working and strong opportunities for

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of technical training for service technicians under guidance of experienced trainers.
• Develop knowledge of Survitec products and servicing procedures.
• Learn relevant international regulations and safety standards.
• Assist with preparing training materials, equipment and demonstrations.
• Maintain training records, attendance and certification documentation.
• Observe and progressively deliver sections of training as competence grows.
• Support practical assessments and competency evaluations.
• Gather trainee feedback and suggest improvements to materials and delivery.
• Ensure training facilities and equipment are safe and ready for use.
• Work with experienced technicians to gain practical servicing experience.

The Role:

Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for an ApprenticeTrainer Auditor to join our Training team. This role supports the delivery of world-class technical training toSurvitec service technicians. As an Apprentice Service Trainer, you will learnfrom experienced Master Trainers while developing the knowledge, skills andconfidence to deliver engaging technical training, assess competence andpromote best practice across Survitec's global service network.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of technical training for service technicians under the guidance of experienced trainers.
• Develop knowledge of Survitec products, including life rafts, lifejackets, immersion suits, evacuation systems and other marine lifesaving equipment.
• Learn servicing procedures, technical standards and relevant international regulations.
• Assist with preparing training materials, equipment and practical demonstrations.
• Help maintain accurate training records, attendance registers and certification documentation.
• Observe and progressively deliver sections of training as confidence and competence develop.
• Support practical assessments and competency evaluations.
• Assist in gathering trainee feedback and identifying opportunities to improve training materials and delivery.
• Maintain training equipment and ensure training facilities are safe, organised and ready for use.
• Work alongside experienced technicians to gain practical servicing experience and maintain product knowledge.
• Promote a positive learning environment that encourages participation and continuous development.
• Demonstrate Survitec's commitment to safety, quality and customer service in all activities.
• Develop personal capability through formal training, mentoring and practical experience.

Criteria:

• Educated to A-Level, NVQ Level 3, apprenticeship standard or equivalent (or working towards).
• An interest in technical, engineering or vocational learning.
• A willingness to travel occasionally as part of the apprenticeship programme.
• Commitment to completing the apprenticeship and achieving the required professional standards.
• No previous training experience required—full training and mentoring will be provided.
