Qualifications

• Apprentice trained MIG Welder with structural welding background.
• Experience with multi-run fillet and butt welds is preferred.
• Skilled in reading engineering drawings and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld structural steel components and assemblies.
• Perform vertical butt welds and multi-run fillet welds in various positions.
• Weld very heavy gauge steel, including beams up to 45 tons.
• Operate overhead cranes safely for positioning and assembly.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Maintain high quality standards and follow health & safety procedures.
