About the Role

Are you an ambitious and enthusiastic graduate eager to develop a career in Town Planning? Our client, an integrated Architecture and Town Planning consultancy based in London, is looking for an Apprentice Graduate Town Planner. This role involves undertaking a Level 7 RTPI-accredited Apprenticeship, with the goal of becoming RTPI accredited. You will work on diverse projects across Greater London and the South East, including residential developments, community and leisure schemes, refurbishments, conversions, and extensions to commercial and residential properties. Clients include property investment and development companies, educational institutions, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to initial client enquiries
  • Undertaking planning research
  • Assisting with site appraisals
  • Liaising with clients and team members
  • Conducting planning history searches and policy analysis
  • Assisting in the preparation of Planning Statements
Training & Study

The apprenticeship is supported by UCL, requiring one day per week of full-time study. A job offer is conditional upon securing a place at UCL.
