Job description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within a vibrant bar environment while developing leadership skills. The apprentice will assist in managing the bar team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Bar Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and team performance.
  2. Assist in training and mentoring bar staff on drink preparation, service standards, and customer interaction.
  3. Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and stock management in the bar area.
  4. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol.
  5. Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues or concerns.
  6. Collaborate with the team to create a positive and energetic atmosphere for patrons.

Full training and support will be provided by our well-experienced staff and assessment staff at The Growth Company.
