Salary: £13.00 Per Hour
Hours: 39 per week - 15 Month Contract
Qualification: Retail Team Leader Level 3

Here's what a great day includes:

We look for our Apprentice Team Leaders to have excellent management skills and the ability to adapt quickly. You might be rolling up your sleeves and getting involved, or managing and coaching your team — it’s real think-on-your-feet stuff!

You’ll learn to support the management team in daily operations, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service and store standards. You’ll also work on maximising profit by reducing shrinkage, damages, till errors, and costs.

This experience will prepare you for bigger challenges. Your Apprenticeship will cover Leadership, Business, Marketing, Communication, Merchandising, and Diversity, along with workshops, mentorship, and support to help you reach your potential.

Superdrug Team Leaders are our future Assistant Managers. We are committed to developing your skills and offering clear career progression through our training and Apprenticeship programs.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Experience in a fast-paced high street retailer
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs such as sales, profit, and service
• Confidence, resilience, and ambition, with the ability to help others improve their skills
• Willingness to travel for off-site workshops
• GCSEs grade 4 / C or equivalent, including English and maths
• Availability for full-time shifts and no current enrollment in education
• No prior Team Leader Apprenticeship completed
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Retail experience of over 12 months
• No previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience in retail
