A Children's Home and Short Breaks Service is seeking two Apprentice Support Workers to join their team in Newport, Isle of Wight. This role offers hands-on experience in a supportive environment with essential training to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. Ideal candidates are caring, resilient, and enthusiastic about working with children. A fixed-term apprenticeship contract guarantees permanent employment upon successful completion of the diploma.

About the Role:
We are seeking two Apprentice Support Workers to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a rewarding career supporting children and young people with behaviours that challenge and complex medical needs.
As a Support Worker at Beaulieu House, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact and help improve the quality of life of our young people. We focus on developing independence through life skills, ensuring our children have fun and access new experiences.
We are child-led in our approach, always seeking activities tailored to each individual. Our young people have enjoyed exciting trips to Legoland, Robin Hill, Marwell Zoo, and many more adventures!
What You’ll Gain:
Hands-on experience in a supportive care environment
Full training and guidance to achieve the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare via achieving the following apprenticeship: Children Young People and Families Practitioner Level 4 (option 1 - Practitioner in children's residential care).
A guaranteed permanent contract upon successful completion of the diploma
Access to a wide range of professional training including: Safeguarding, First Aid, PROACT-SCIPr-UK (Positive Behaviour Support), Trauma Awareness, much more.
