A leading automotive dealership is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Service Advisor to join their Service department. This apprenticeship offers in-house training and a chance to gain recognized qualifications, while providing key support in customer service and operations. Pentagon are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is looking to begin a career within the Service department of a main motor dealership.

What will you be doing?

During your Apprenticeship, you will provide support to the Stoke Volkswagen Service Department in a variety of different ways including:

• Meeting & greeting customers both face to face and over the telephone.
• Liaising with the Workshop and other departments.
• Using the computer systems to assist with duties such as diarising work for the Workshop.
• Achieving pre-defined targets for upselling various Aftersales products & services
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service in line with Group and Manufacturer standards.
  
  

A £4000 loyalty bonus is paid upon 6 years of service with Pentagon. (Inclusive of time spent completing Apprenticeship)

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm.

Please note that successful applicants will be given a pre-screening call from our Apprenticeship Provider.

Who Are We Looking for?

As an Apprentice with the Pentagon Group, you will need to:

• Be driven by your own initiative
• Be an excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Have the ability to multi task and work well under pressure.
• Have a keen interest in the Motor Trade Industry.
• Show a willingness to learn and not be afraid to ask questions.
• Be enthusiastic, committed and confident with a methodical way of thinking.
• A minimum grade C / 4 in English and Maths and preferably in a Science based subject.
