Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is offering an Apprentice Sales Executive role at MINI Lincoln. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues while starting your career in automotive sales, gaining hands-on experience in customer service and sales, and working towards a recognised apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths are desirable.
• A valid UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential, depending on your stage of learning.
• Apprenticeship qualification will be pursued through structured training and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their vehicle-buying journey from enquiry to handover.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Support the sales team with follow-ups, enquiries, and appointments.
• Develop knowledge of MINI products, features, and services through training.
• Identify and recommend suitable products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records using enquiry management systems.
• Assist with dealership events, vehicle displays, and promotional activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service to help build customer loyalty and repeat business.
