Job summary

Superdrug in Leeds is hiring an Apprentice Sales Assistant to join our team for 39 hours a week, with shifts that offer flexibility. You’ll serve customers with a smile, share our Star Buys, and help the store hit its targets while training in-store for the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

The programme runs for the first year, with hands-on learning, no college days, and full support from your team and a dedicated tutor as you grow into a confident retail professional in health and beauty.

Qualifications

• A positive mindset and clear communication skills.
• GCSE English and maths at grade 4/C (or equivalent).
• Eligible to work in the UK and available for full-time shifts.
• Not currently in any form of education and new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and promote Star Buys.
• Keep the store looking its best and fully stocked.
• Help achieve store targets and participate in training.
• Progression opportunities through Apprenticeship training.
