The Vacancy

W Crowder & Sons Ltd, part of the RSK Group, is seeking a full-time Apprentice Sales Administrator. This is an office-based role located in Horncastle, UK.

Crowders Nurseries are a nationally renowned wholesale grower with over 200 years of history. We supply high-quality plant material for private, domestic, and large infrastructure projects, aiming to be the best horticultural specialists in our field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with Boston College to complete a Level 2 Business and Customer Services Apprenticeship Qualification to support your role.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries related to orders, payments, collections, and maintaining customer quotation records with attention to detail.
  • Assist in marketing efforts by managing our social media platforms to keep them professional and engaging.
  • Collaborate with our account managers using our horticulture-specific stock and administration database system, Wintree.
Person Specification
  • Customer-facing experience.

  • Well-organized with attention to detail.
