Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc is seeking an Apprentice Sales Assistant at our Norwich store. You will serve customers, promote Star Buys and help keep shelves stocked while you begin a structured 12-month in-store training program for the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

This hands-on, fast-paced role offers 39 hours per week with flexible shifts, providing real opportunities to grow into future team leadership with support from mentors and trainers.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and maths (Grade 4/C) or equivalent.
• Available for full-time shifts; not currently in education.
• Not having completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a friendly smile and assist with purchases.
• Keep the store well presented and fully stocked.
• Promote Star Buys and drive store targets.
• Attend in-store training for the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship over 12 months.
