Are you looking to join a great place to work? We are recruiting for an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join the team!

Let’s Talk About The Job

No two days are the same here at Savers. The ideal Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant has a positive can-do attitude, loves getting involved, and works well as part of a team. You will focus on making our customers feel great and leaving them with a Savers smile. You are the hero in store, ensuring our store standards are maintained. Our SAs are recognized in their local communities and have the opportunity to connect with customers and offer the best deals on the high street.

Your training will take place in store over the first 12 months, with no college days or homework. At the end of your training, you'll discuss your experiences, complete a multiple-choice test, and an observation within your role. You will be supported throughout by your team and assessor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

You qualify if ...

• You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths
• You are not currently in any form of education and are available for full-time shifts
• You HAVEN’T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• You are eligible to work in the UK
• You are new to retail
