Outline of the role

The Retail Apprenticeship involves working as a full-time team member in our store, assisting with customer service and learning retail operations. It's a dynamic environment that prepares you for future challenges. We value our Sales Assistants highly and support your career development through in-house training.

Duties include:

• Demonstrating exceptional customer service
• Understanding the business and maintaining brand reputation
• Promoting products and highlighting promotional offers
• Supporting promotion changes and stock rotation

Training occurs in-store over the first 12 months, with no college days or homework. Upon completion, you'll discuss your experiences, take a multiple-choice test, and undergo an observation. Support is provided throughout to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
