Let’s Talk About The Job

No two days are the same here at Savers. The ideal Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant has a positive can-do attitude, loves getting involved, and works well as part of a team. You will focus on making our customers feel great and leaving them with a Savers smile. You are the hero in store, ensuring our store standards are top-notch. Our SAs are also community connectors, offering the best deals on the high street.

Your training will occur in-store over the first 12 months, with no college days or homework. At the end, you'll have a discussion about your experiences, complete a multiple-choice test, and an observation within your role. You'll be supported throughout by your team and assessor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

• You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths
