A prominent broadcasting organization in Nottingham offers a fixed-term, full-time apprenticeship lasting 13 months at BBC Local Radio. This is a fixed-term apprenticeship—the contract lasts for the duration of the scheme. During your apprenticeship you will be supported with career development, employability training, and networking opportunities to help you take your next step – whether that’s at the BBC or elsewhere in the industry. You will work at BBC Local Radio, contributing to programmes and learning how we create and deliver world‑class content and operational excellence to our audiences.

Applicants will undergo a skill scan process with the BBC‑nominated training provider to determine eligibility. If selected, the BBC will conduct employment screening checks, including reference checks, eligibility to work checks and, where applicable, safeguarding and adverse media/social media checks. Any offer is conditional on satisfactory completion of these checks.
