Outline of the role

The Retail Apprenticeship involves working as a full-time team member in our store, assisting with customer experience and learning about retail operations. It offers a fast-paced, fun environment that prepares you for bigger challenges. We recognize Sales Assistants as potential future Supervisors and will support your skill development and career progression through our in-house training.

Duties include:

• Demonstrating exceptional customer service
• Understanding the business and maintaining brand reputation
• Promoting products using your knowledge
• Highlighting promotional offers to meet sales targets
• Supporting promotional changes and stock rotation

Your training will be in-store over the first 12 months, with no college days or homework. At the end, you'll discuss your experience, complete a multiple-choice test, and an observation within your role. Support will be provided throughout to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Additional requirements:

• Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths
• Not currently in education and available for full-time shifts
• Haven’t completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• No degree or more than 1 year at University
• Eligible to work in the UK
• New to retail
