Outline of the role

The Retail Apprenticeship involves working as a full-time team member in our store, assisting with customer service and learning retail operations. It's a dynamic environment that prepares you for future challenges. We value our Sales Assistants highly, offering skill development and career progression supported by in-house training.

Duties include:

• Demonstrating exceptional customer service
• Understanding the business and maintaining the brand reputation
• Promoting products and highlighting promotional offers
• Supporting promotion changes and stock rotation

Training is in-store over 12 months, with no college days or homework. Post-training, you'll discuss your experiences, complete a multiple-choice test, and an observation to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. Support is provided throughout.

Additional requirements:

• GCSE grade 4 / C in English and maths (or equivalent)
• Not currently in education and available full-time
• Haven’t completed a Retail Apprenticeship or degree/more than 1 year at university
• Eligible to work in the UK
• New to retail
